Broker–Carrier Agreement

Digital signature binds your company to Serenity's broker-carrier terms.

This Broker-Carrier Agreement is entered into by and between Serenity Logistics Freight ("Broker") and the undersigned motor carrier ("Carrier"). Carrier warrants that it is a duly licensed motor carrier authorized to transport property under its own operating authority, maintains insurance in force meeting Broker's minimums, and shall handle freight tendered by Broker with due care. Carrier agrees to Broker's standard payment terms, non-solicitation, back-solicitation, and confidentiality provisions. This summary does not replace the full agreement, which will be furnished upon submission of this packet.
